1. Maintain balance
Your skin feels happiest when slightly acidic (around pH 4–6). But hot showers, central heating, and foaming cleansers tip it off balance, leaving tightness, dryness, and irritation. This is the season for gentle pH-balanced cleansers and soft exfoliation with mandelic or lactic acid blends.
